Federal
Compliance.
Our architectural roadmap is explicitly engineered to pursue and exceed the procurement requirements of Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) and Shared Services Canada (SSC). We are building the most rigorously compliant system in Canadian history.
Phase 1: Core Localization (Current)
Absolute Data Residency
By deploying on local infrastructure, our system natively enforces 100% Canadian Data Residency. Information never crosses the border, facilitating immediate compliance with GC Cloud Guardrails and the Privacy Act without requiring third-party cloud audits.
Phase 2: UI & Accessibility (Q3 Target)
WCAG 2.1 AA & Official Languages Act
Our front-end architecture is currently being mapped to full WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards to ensure inclusive operation. Simultaneously, the interface and PDF reporting engine are undergoing native translation to support both English and French flawlessly out-of-the-box.
Phase 3: Security Baseline (Q4 Target)
Protected B / PBMM Authorization
Our architecture is designed from the ground up to align with the Protected B, Medium Integrity, Medium Availability (PBMM) profile. We are structuring our physical and cryptographic controls to align entirely with the Canadian Centre for Cyber Security (CCCS) ITSG-33 framework prior to official federal submission.
